Зараз ми у пошуках Head of Procurement для нашого клієнта — одного з найбільших розробників та виробників БпЛА для потреб оборони України.

Команда фокусується на постійному вдосконаленню характеристик бортів, використанні нових підходів та технологій. Власні виробничі потужності дозволяють швидко впроваджувати зміни та ідеї.

Необхідні навички та досвід:

  • Досвід роботи на позиції Head of Procurement / Директор з постачання — від 3 років;
  • Успішні кейси укладання контрактів з іноземними постачальниками (Азія, Європа та США );
  • Впевнене володіння англійською мовою — must (спілкування з постачальниками);
  • Досвід побудови закупівельних команд і внутрішніх процесів "з нуля";
  • Релевантний досвід у сфері електроніки / технологій / FMCG — перевага;
  • Високий рівень відповідальності, навички ведення переговорів, стратегічне мислення;
  • Готовність до відряджень, участі у виставках, міжнародних поїздках.

Майбутні обов'язки:

  • Встановлення й розвиток відносин з міжнародними постачальниками (Китай, Європа та інші);
  • Ведення переговорів, укладення контрактів, управління великими бюджетами;
  • Розробка та реалізація стратегії постачання та розвитку продуктової лінійки;
  • Побудова системи закупівель: від пошуку до контрактів і контролю виконання;
  • Побудова та управління командою, створення процесів;
  • Представлення компанії на міжнародних виставках, поїздки до партнерів;
  • Робота в тісній взаємодії з іншими функціями: закупівля, фінанси, маркетинг, виробництво, логістика.

  • Відпустка — 24 календарних дні на рік + 1 день відпустки на день народження;
