About the role

This position covers a broad communications scope:
internal communications, corporate and marketing communications for the YASNO brand, and developing the CEO's personal brand
. You will lead a team, manage strategic communication projects, and ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across all channels.

What you will do:

  • Drive the CEO's personal brand strategy and visibility;
  • Manage corporate and marketing communications for the YASNO brand;
  • Develop and implement effective internal communications programs;
  • Build and maintain strong media relations: pitching stories, securing placements, positioning key speakers;
  • Create and edit high-quality content (news, press releases, comments, opinion pieces, social media posts);
  • Lead and inspire the communications team to achieve key KPIs;
  • Oversee team operations, including contracts, tenders, and budgets.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Higher education degree;
  • At least
    5 years of proven experience
    in communications, preferably in
    large, system-based companies
    employees);
  • Experience managing a CEO's personal brand;
  • Strong track record of working with international media and projects;
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher;
  • Ability to build effective communication systems and manage teams;
  • Experience writing engaging news, columns, and posts;
  • Solid background in developing and executing communication strategies and plans;
  • Knowledge of budgeting, media engagement, and internal communications tools;
  • Experience launching creative projects to strengthen corporate reputation.
