We are Vbet Ukraine — a bookmaker and gambling operator, the official representative of the VBET brand, which has been operating on the Ukrainian market since 2020.

VBET Ukraine was the first in the country to receive all three online gambling licenses from the Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries of Ukraine.

We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing who is able to think strategically, scale traffic, build effective digital teams, and has a good understanding of the gambling market.

This role is for those who are able to take leadership, make data-driven decisions, test new channels, look for growth points, and be accountable for the results. If you feel that you can lead the way, we are definitely on the same page.

Our main expectations:

• 2 years of experience in a similar senior leadership role in iGaming/Betting industry in a company with big teams and budgets.
• Expertise in developing acquisition strategies, planning budgets and controlling their achievement (FTDs, CPA, LTV, ROI, total costs and general revenue-related metrics).
• Experience in daily usage reporting tools (Tableau, Metabase or similar) and ability to drive new reports creation.
• Talent to lead a culture of revenue-oriented and data-driven approach within team: early ROI calculation, prediction models and overall analysis of main metrics to constantly evaluate all acquisition campaigns.
• Ability to develop an efficient team structure, be a strong leader and inspiration for team members.
• Skill to develop effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in Ukrainian language, at least Upper intermediate level of English.
• Original background in hands-on performance marketing (Media Buyer or similar role) will be considered a big plus.
• Experience with Ukrainian market will be an advantage.

Areas of responsibility:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for customer acquisition.
• Oversee marketing functions including Performance Marketing, SEO, Affiliates.
• Implement a data-driven approach to campaigns launch, optimization and continuous improvement.
• Plan and manage marketing budget with a focus on ROI.
• Closely collaborate and drive required improvements with related departments (Analytics, Retention, Brand, Product and other).
• Continuously analyse competitors activity and identify growth areas.
• Build and lead a team of marketing professionals, setup required processes and collaboration flows between departments.
• Prepare regular status reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, agencies and service providers.
• Represent the company on main industry events and conferences.
