TBO.COM is looking for an experienced Sales Manager for the Ukraine market
The ideal candidate will have a strong reputation with local
Ukraine
travel agents, strategic business relationships in
Ukraine
, and a broad understanding of travel technology. We offer a competitive compensation package along with an attractive bonuses program
Job description:
- Onboarding, traning and building confidence with new partners on the TBO.COM b2b platform.
- Act as the primary sales contact for travel agents via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Assist in local sales processes, including credit management, offline activities, lead generation, training, and complaint resolution.
- Provide sales support and guidance to travel agents utilizing TBO.COM's online reservation system.
- Support sales managers with various office and administrative tasks.
- Work closely with internal HQ teams to drive solutions, resolve issues, and follow up on sales cases.
- Translate messages and facilitate communication in
Ukraine
.
This role is both hands-on and multifaceted, combining sales and operations functions specifically for the
Ukraine
market.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the travel industry (B2B).
- Previous experience in servicing travel agents or travel suppliers, Tour operator.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive team player with a self-starter mentality.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
