Are you looking to kickstart your career in finance? Genesis is seeking a Billing Manager to join our team In this role, you will support financial operations, streamline invoice management, and contribute to VAT reporting processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be involved in monthly intercompany operations reconciliation and ongoing billing process of the legal entities that operate in foreign jurisdictions;
  • Update and improve billing processes, procedures, and templates to increase efficiency and reduce errors;
  • Collecting, organizing, and securely storing invoices to support VAT reporting for foreign companies.
  • Reviewing and analyzing monthly bank transactions of foreign companies.
  • Working closely with finance, accounting, and external audit team.
  • Handle additional tasks as needed.

Key Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate:

  • BA/BS or MA/MS degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in treasury, accounting, financial analysis, or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and invoicing.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation software (Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, etc.). Participation in business case competitions (e.g., Business Diving, Changellenge, or other international case challenges) will be a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate and defend financial insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
