Що потрібно буде робити?

  • Ведення документообігу та звітності за поточними проєктами;
  • Комунікація з менеджерами команди щодо збору інформації в рамках поточних проєктів;
  • Комунікація та контроль своєчасного, коректного закриття документів (узгодження формулювань, контроль підписання документів і обмін між сторонами, ведення статусу отримання оригіналів документів);
  • Ведення ділового листування з менеджерами компанії, клієнтами, підрядниками.

Для нас важливо:

  • Від 1-го року на аналогічній посаді;
  • Вміння працювати з великими об'ємами документів;
  • Досвід роботи з електронними системами документообігу: ВЧАСНО, PaperLess вітається;
  • Досвід роботи в програмі 1С буде плюсом.
