Boyden Ukraine раді співпрацювати з нашим клієнтом у пошуку Construction Director / Development Director.

Функціональні обов'язки / зона відповідальності:

  • Повне управління будівельним проектом від концепції до реалізації та введення в експлуатацію
  • Координація роботи підрядників, проєктних бюро, проектувальників, інжинерів та інших внутрішніх команд
  • Контроль якості, термінів, прогресу робіт та бюджету
  • Забезпечення відповідності будівельних робіт нормам, стандартам і вимогам безпеки
  • Оптимізація процесів та впровадження кращих практик у сфері девелопменту
  • Взаємодія з органами влади, партнерами та інвесторами

Бажана професійна кваліфікація:

  • Досвід роботи на керівних позиціях у будівництві (10+ років)
  • Успішно реалізовані масштабні комерційні чи інфраструктурні проєкти
  • Глибокі знання в області будівельних норм і технологій
  • Вміння керувати великими командами та одночасно декількома проєктами
  • Стратегічне мислення, лідерські навички та здатність ухвалювати рішення в складних ситуаціях
  • Готовність до відряджень
  • Англійська мова на розмовному рівні
