Зараз ми у пошуках Key Account Manager для нашого клієнта — це один з найбільших розробників та виробників БпЛА для потреб оборони України.
Команда фокусується на постійному вдосконаленню характеристик бортів, використанні нових підходів та технологій. Власні виробничі потужності дозволяють швидко впроваджувати зміни та ідеї.
Необхідні навички та досвід:
- Досвід роботи з клієнтами та відмінні комунікативні навички;
- Вміння структурувати та систематизувати задачі;
- Відповідальність за результат та вміння самоорганізовуватись;
- Бути гнучким, динамічним та командним гравцем.
Майбутні обов'язки:
- Підтримка та розвиток довгострокових відносин з наявними клієнтами компанії;
- Знаходити спільну мову з кожним клієнтом;
- Проведення презентацій продукту потенційним клієнтам;
- Заключення договорів та погодження умов купівлі-продажу;
- Продаж продуктів компанії клієнту та післяпродажний сервіс;
- Ознайомлення клієнта з актуальними оновленнями продукту компанії;
- Консультування та вирішення питань, пов'язаних з продуктом;
- Реєстрація інформації по клієнту в CRM системі;
- Відрядження до клієнтів.
Умови роботи:
- Офіційне працевлаштування через Дія.City;
- Відпустка — 18 робочих днів на рік + 1 день відпустки на день народження;
- Можливість створювати нове, експериментувати та вирішувати складні завдання;
