About the job

We are looking for a
Junior Lawyer
to assist in creating multi-level, reliable, and transparent legal mechanisms, structures, and processes for our company.

Developing MMO games is very challenging. In our view it is as much rewarding. We want to find someone who shares our passion for challenge and excellence to enjoy this path together.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting and negotiation of contracts with counterparties from different jurisdictions (Ukraine, Europe, USA)
  • Consulting on business issues in various jurisdictions (Ukraine, Europe, USA)
  • Legal support for daily business tasks
  • Legal support of AML and KYC procedures
  • Consulting in the field of personal data protection (Ukraine, EU, USA)
  • Execution of other assignments and tasks of the Chief Lawyer

Requirements

  • Higher professional education
  • Previous experience in a similar position in the field of IT
  • Knowledge of the legislation of Ukraine and the EU in the field of IT
  • English proficiency level (from B2 and above)
  • The ability to work with a large amount of information
  • Responsibility, attentiveness, organization, system thinking, analytical skills

Will be a plus

  • Experience working in GameDev
