Description
We are currently building a recruitment team
and are looking for an experienced
Technical Recruiter
with potential lead responsibilities. This role combines deep expertise in hiring IT professionals with the ability to establish efficient processes and, over time, provide leadership to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, document, and optimize internal recruitment procedures and policies.
  • Contribute to strategic company initiatives, including annual planning and budgeting.
  • Manage the daily operations of the recruitment function.
  • Build and grow a team (2–3 people): onboarding, training, mentoring, regular one-to-one meetings, performance reviews.
  • Design and implement sourcing processes from scratch (strategy templates, sourcing database, training).
  • Drive local recruitment (priority) as well as hiring across international markets (Europe).
  • Own the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles: sourcing, screening, soft-skill interviewing.
  • Communicate directly with hiring managers on a daily basis.
  • Facilitate internal meetings, participate in retrospectives, and prepare analytical reports.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment (including sourcing).
  • Strong understanding of engineering roles.
  • Proven experience managing teams of 5+ people.
  • Expertise in building and scaling teams.
  • Understanding of international labor markets.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on operational management.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate/Advanced — required for communication with international candidates and conducting interviews to assess their language level.
