Ми шукаємо Customer Guidance Specialist на новий продукт Shift у сфері кар'єрного розвитку для ринку США, що допомагає шукачам роботи подолати бар'єри на шляху до професійного успіху за допомогою персоналізованих ресурсів та підтримки.

Ваша місія:

Надихати, підтримувати та консультувати наших клієнтів, допомагаючи їм розкрити свій потенціал та знайти роботу мрії. Ви будете надавати консультації щодо стратегій пошуку роботи, створення резюме та супровідних листів, а також підготовки до співбесід, роблячи процес пошуку роботи менш стресовим і максимально результативним.

Це робота, де кожна ваша порада та взаємодія мають прямий вплив на життя людей: ви допомагаєте їм долати бар'єри, отримувати впевненість у власних силах і досягати результатів, які змінюють їхнє майбутнє. Водночас ви розвиватимете власні навички комунікації, консалтингу та роботи з клієнтами на міжнародному ринку, що відкриває нові можливості для вашої кар'єри.

Обов'язки:

  • Забезпечення емпатійної та швидкої підтримки клієнтів через електронну пошту та онлайн-чати.
  • Проведення індивідуальних кар'єрних консультацій у Google Meet, надання практичних порад і рекомендацій.
  • Збір та аналіз зворотного зв'язку від клієнтів для покращення сервісу й розвитку продукту.
  • Мінімізація ризиків chargebacks і негативних звернень, що можуть вплинути на репутацію компанії.

Вимоги:

  • Від 2 років досвіду у сфері sales, customer support, recruitment, HR, account management.
  • Навички тайм-менеджменту, багатозадачність, структурність та організованість.
  • Гнучкість, винахідливість і готовність працювати у стартап-середовищі.
  • Відмінні комунікативні навички та здатність до оперативного розв'язання проблем.
  • Уважність до деталей, критичне й аналітичне мислення.
  • Орієнтованість на результат.
  • Рівень англійської не нижче Advanced.
  • Сертифікація з career coaching буде перевагою.
