We are looking for a talented and hard-working colleague to join our team in the position of In-house legal counsel on contractual matters.

REQUIREMENTS:
· 2 years of professional experience in IT, IP (developing software for computer/mobile platforms), Corporate/M&A, and International contract law;
· advanced English is a must (confident B2-C1);
· Business-minded proactive approach;
· Attention to details.
· must be highly motivated, a self-starter and keen to take responsibility and manage swiftly between demanding deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Contractual work, drafting, amending agreements, communication with colleagues inside our company and counter-parties;
· Legal research of legislation of various jurisdictions (UA, EU, USA), constant monitoring of changes in legislation applicable to the company;
· Handle international and local tax issues;
· submitting and passing of the KYC, DD procedures, filling in the relative forms;
· drafting and reviewing of various documents necessary for the companies' day-to-day operations, inter alia, applications, letters, turnover balances confirmations etc.;
· conducting legal due diligence and preparing respective due diligence reports for making a decision on further possible cooperation.
