We are growing and have an open position of a Digital Marketing Specialist for Automotive Business in the USA and Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with different departments to ensure successful service delivery on the client's proprietary advertising products.
  • Assist TL and other departments with process-related tasks.
  • Effectively close and QA client cases within Salesforce CRM system and other related platforms.
  • Provide basic activity reporting to performance managers based on account needs and regular activity.
  • Other related tasks assigned by managers of the Client and/or Helpware.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fast-paced, multitasking and detail-oriented - you will manage a queue of important client requests with a quick turnaround time expectation
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written & communication English skills (Upper-Intermediate level)
  • Proficiency using Google Docs & Sheets (Microsoft Office)
  • Experience in Digital Marketing and/or CRM systems would be a plus
