An international law firm's Kyiv office is looking for a responsible individual to join the team as a Front Desk Receptionist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Welcome and register visitors
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Organize and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Maintain, format, and archive documentation
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Higher education, preferably in linguistics (English language)
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a large organization
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to use office equipment (phone, printer, scanner)
  • Fluency in English and Ukrainian
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to express thoughts clearly
  • Responsibility, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to successfully perform daily tasks in a multitasking environment
  • Strong service orientation and initiative in delivering high-quality support
