WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Planning office expenses (quarterly budgets, procurement, reporting).
- Managing the full procurement cycle: from needs analysis to selecting suppliers and overseeing deliveries.
- Handling payments and coordinating interactions with suppliers.
- Supervising the work of cleaners, security, and facility managers.
- Supporting daily office operations and creating a comfortable environment for the team.
- Organizing workstations, ordering furniture, access passes, and equipment.
- Procuring food supplies (lunches, snacks, water, coffee supplies, etc.).
- Arranging internal meetings, events, and office tours.
- Managing correspondence (Nova Poshta, laptops, documents).
- Resolving day-to-day operational issues and responding quickly to unexpected situations.
- Conducting annual inventory.
- Managing corporate communications (announcements, news, festive decorations).
- Assisting with relocations, repairs, and the sale of office assets.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Skills in planning and budgeting.
- Ability to work with contractors and suppliers.
- Experience in managing procurement and office operations.
- Self-organization, systematic approach, and structured thinking.
- Proficiency with Google tools.
- Knowledge of Jira is a significant advantage.
