Office Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can combine the responsibilities of an Office Manager with those of an Assistant Project Manager. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and able to work independently.
Upper-intermediate English is required; prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
ResponsibilitiesOffice Management
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations (ordering supplies, water, food, stationery).
- Organizing access passes and supporting onboarding for new employees.
- Liaising with the accounting department and business center administration.
- Maintaining internal documentation and spreadsheets.
- Organizing internal meetings and assisting with HR-related activities (team building events, phone screenings, interviews).
Assistant Project Manager
- Supporting the Project Manager with daily operational and administrative tasks.
- Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation.
- Coordinating communication between project stakeholders and development teams.
- Tracking project progress and following up on task completion.
- Preparing reports, meeting summaries, and status updates.
- Scheduling and coordinating project-related meetings.
