We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales/Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in the IT outsourcing and outstaffing industry. If you are passionate about building client relationships, driving sales, and thriving in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to shine
Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently develop and implement new client acquisition channels
Drive creative lead generation through your own sources
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead to deal closure
Participate in pre-sales activities and technical project discussions
Share expertise and collaborate with the existing sales team
Experience: 3+ years of proven success in B2B sales of IT services
Client Channels: Established network or channels for client acquisition
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT outsourcing/outstaffing processes
Skills: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in finding new clients
English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher
Experience attending international IT conferences
Established network of contacts in the IT industry
Responsibility: Take ownership of your tasks and deliver results
Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues
Adaptability & Stress Resilience: Thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments
Strong self-organization and time management
