We build AI-driven voice agents that automate calls, sales, and customer interactions in B2B.

We are looking for a Middle+/Senior Developer experienced in AI + telephony/VoIP + CRM + automation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop AI voice bots for inbound & outbound calls.
  • Integrate ASR/TTS (speech recognition & synthesis) with LLM (ChatGPT, LangChain, Claude, etc.).
  • Work with telephony/VoIP systems (Asterisk, FreePBX, Twilio, Voximplant, WebRTC).
  • Configure & customize CRM/ERP (Bitrix24, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo).
  • Automate sales funnels, lead generation, customer service in B2B.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of development experience (Python or ).
  • Proven VoIP/SIP/WebRTC expertise.
  • Hands-on work with AI APIs (OpenAI, Whisper, LangChain, Azure Speech, Google Speech, TTS/ASR).
  • Strong CRM API integration & business automation skills.
  • Knowledge of REST / Webhooks / gRPC.
  • (Nice to have) Chatbots, RPA, omnichannel experience.
