Mate academy - an EdTech startup with a technological, gamified, AI-powered LMS platform where people learn IT specialties.

Successfully launched our business in Poland and Brazil and have plans to expand to other countries.

We seek our best Partnership Manager who will work closely with companies, build relationships with recruiters, and help students get their dream jobs. This role directly impacts the company's profit

Your skills:

- Partnership Management/Business Development/Recruitment/Sales Experience;

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships;

- Strong business sense and a passion for using data to make decisions;

- English B2+.

Bonus Points:

- Experience in sales (selling services is best, but not critical)

- Good understanding of how the IT market for juniors/middle-level candidates works.

What You'll Do:

- Search for new partner companies

- Building relationships for further hiring of graduates

- Increasing company awareness and loyalty to us

- Increase the number of hires 

- Soon, access to international companies and work in the international market.
