Потрібні навички/досвід
  • Досвід роботи на посаді, яка передбачає великий об'єм комунікації;
  • Знання іспанської мови на рівні не нижче рівня Upper-Intermediate;
  • Інтерес до розвитку індустрії психічного здоров'я в Україні;
  • Прокачаний тайм-менеджмент для управління своїм графіком, розподіляючи близько 40 робочих годин на тиждень (в залежності від навантаження).
Буде плюсом
  • Психологічна освіта або знання індустрії психічного здоров'я;
  • Досвід роботи в IT-командах;
  • Аналітичний склад розуму, можливість будувати висновки на основі даних;
  • Знання англійської мови.
Обов'язки
  • Моніторинг заявок та підтримка у випадку додаткових питань клієнта;
  • Відповідати на питання клієнтів і терапевтів в чаті протягом 15 хвилин;
  • Підтримувати комунікацію з лідами, щоб заявка перетворилася у сесію;
  • Контроль якості комунікації фахівців з клієнтами;
  • Допомога при виникненні питань з оплатами;
  • Ручний підбір фахівців для деяких клієнтів;
  • Актуалізація статусу заявок та оплат в CRM.
