About the role:
As a System Administrator you will be working with different IT requests across all Auditdata locations - configuration management, access control, security, troubleshooting, and user education, in addition to support desk system management.

What will you do:

  • Service Desk System tickets management
  • Technical assistance of users
  • Diagnostics of incoming tasks
  • Remote users support
  • Helpdesk processes improvement
  • Holding the educational meetings
  • Updating the documentation
  • Take part in project planning and design for new IT systems

What will you bring:

  • 1-2 years experience on system administrator position or similar
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD, GPO, virtualization (Hyper-V)
  • Experience with Microsoft365 admin center, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Azure portal
  • Basic knowledge in networking
  • B.Sc.+ degree in Computer Science or similar

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and spoken and written English
