Job Summary
Lead the Customer Insights and Solutions team of Roche Diagnostics Korea
Be a member of the Roche Diagnostics Korea leadership team
Externally, engage stakeholders at the C-suite and laboratory levels of healthcare institutions so as to understand their visions, strategic directions and needs
Internally, assure effective collaborations with different business units and functions to build integrated solutions for customers
Understand and manage the end-to-end partnership process with customers and deliver customer experience excellence
Your key responsibilities
1. Manage Departmental Plans and Financial Targets
Budget and achieve annual departmental financial plans
Forecast, monitor, and control relevant expenses
Comply with company profitability guidelines
2. Strategic Leadership & Performance Management
Set up the business strategies and objectives for integrated solutions
Develop and manage key business objectives with team members, aligned with strategic pillars
Build a strategic consulting capability within the team to effectively engage with C-suite level customers
Drive business opportunities by understanding customer needs deeply
Update the organization on the overall customer experience landscape and competitor activities
3. Customer & Stakeholder Management
Personally lead strategic engagement with c-suite and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) customers
Establish and manage a continuous feedback loop to capture, analyze, and act on customer insights
4. Communication with Roche Staffs at All Levels
Ensure effective coordination and communication at local, regional, and global levels
Collaborate closely with Customer Areas (CAs) to develop RDK's integrated strategy and customer insights
Share with and learn from APAC Value Streams and Chapters
5. People Development & Leadership
Adequately supervise and coach staff of all relevant functions, ensuring R&R clarity
Ensure that staff achieve their objectives and are following company guidelines, practices, and policies
Drive a cultural transformation that embeds the customer voice into every aspect of the RDK experience
6. Effective People Leadership as Demonstrated by Leadership Commitments
7. Ensure Subordinates and Colleagues Conduct Business in Full Compliance
Required Competencies
Minimum 10 years of proven successful experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in strategic consulting, customer experience, or a related commercial field
Extensive management experience with people management and organizational leadership
Transformational and authentic leadership style, with experience leading large-scale change
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence local, regional, and global stakeholders
Deep understanding of customer needs, with demonstrated expertise in C-suite engagement and strategic advisory
Proven ability to find and draw out the potential abilities of staff
