Technical expert (agronomist) Ukraine (f/m/d)

Location: Kiev – on-site

The main responsibility of Technical expert is technical agronomic support of sales team in order of the proper use of plant protection products for long-term and sustainable relations with our customers.

The Technical expert works in close cooperation with local marketing in order to provide informative presentations for seminars, webinars, field days, distributor training etc and better technical information for customers in product labels, catalogs, etc

How you will help us grow?

Technical agronomic support of the sales team: providing advice to the company's sales representatives, distributors, and end users on the use of plant protection products.

Participation in the settlement of customer claims.

Coordination of demo trials of the company's products (planning sampling and transfer of samples for demo, control over the use of demo samples and getting of the result)

Supporting the company's demo center, participating in the development of a plan for demo trials

Organization of implementation of small-plot trials (by a third party), participation in the development of programs of small-plot trials

Participation in creating and maintaining the relevance of technical information regarding the use of the company's plant protection products (recommendations and warnings in product labels, catalogs, brochures, leaflets, etc.).

Participation in the preparation of presentations for seminars, webinars, field days, distributor training, etc.

Organizing of seminars, webinars, field days, distributor training, etc. independently or in cooperation with sales representatives.

Could this be you?

3+ years experience in position at a crop protection company with similar responsibility

Higher education in Agronomy

Good knowledge of plant protection products as well as of weeds, diseases, pests

Strong communication skills

Team player behavior

Critical/challenging attitude
