Зараз ми шукаємо Customer Service Specialist, який буде надавати технічну допомогу нашим користувачам в онлайн-чаті та допомагати їм розв'язувати їх проблеми.
Обов'язки:
— Спілкуватися з клієнтами у чаті та допомагати їм вирішувати будь-які технічні проблеми з нашим сервісом англійською мовою. Прикладами таких запитів є: «I can't upload a file on your site», «How do I convert a PDF to Word on your platform?», «I can't log in to my account»;
— Консультувати клієнтів з питань відмін підписок, повернення коштів;
— Опрацьовувати до трьох чатів з клієнтами одночасно;
— Дотримуватися всіх необхідних інструкцій для надання якісних послуг.
Які навички необхідні:
— Знання англійської мови (розмовної та письмової) від B1 і вище;
— Базове володіння ПК та розуміння роботи сучасних систем і сервісів на рівні користувача;
— Швидка адаптація до змін та навички мультитаскінгу;
— Вміння організовувати свій час для ефективної роботи віддалено.
Буде плюсом:
— Досвіду роботи у customer support або billing support командах;
— Zendesk та Zendesk Chat. Знання цього ПЗ сильно полегшить тобі життя в перші дні роботи.
Для кращого онбордингу та комфортної роботи мінімальні системні вимоги такі:
— Internet speed of 25 Mbps or greater;
— Download speed of 1 Mbps or greater;
— Upload speed of 6 Mbps or greater;
— At least 5 GB of RAM;
— Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 Quad Core.
