  • маєш 2 роки досвіду роботи рекрутером повного циклу в IT
  • маєш широку мережу контактів, щоб швидко знаходити потрібних кандидатів
  • знаєш як і де шукати кандидатів для різних ролей
  • вмієш забезпечити комфортний хайрінг процес і для кандидатів, і для hiring-менеджерів
  • feel of ownership та business mindset — це твої core features
  • вмієш налагодити комунікацію з будь-якою людиною
  • знаєш англійську на рівні B2 і більше
  • буде плюсом досвід роботи з talent acquisition systems, e.g. BreezyHR

Ти будеш

  • відповідати за повний цикл найму від появи потреби в позиції до офферу
  • закривати технічні та нетехнічні вакансії, багато
  • відповідати за рекрутмент аналітику та шукати інсайти в даних для покращення рекрутмент процесу
