SoftSvit — продуктова IT компанія, яка займається не тільки розробкою, але і просуванням власного продукту. Зараз ми шукаємо у свою команду Recruiter-a.

Що ми очікуємо від тебе:

  • Досвід роботи у рекрутингу від 6 місяців або успішно завершені курси релевантні посаді;
  • Вміння використовувати ресурси для працевлаштування (Linkedin, Djinni, джоб сайти, телеграм канали та інші);
  • Високий рівень комунікативних навичок;
  • Бажання розвиватись, проактивність і орієнтація на результат.

Ключові задачі:

  • Керувати повним циклом підбору персоналу (скринінг резюме, телефонні інтерв'ю, проведення співбесід, відправка job-offer-a);
  • Співпрацювати з hiring manager-ами;
  • Підтримувати HR бренд та корпоративну культуру роботодавця;
  • Ведення звітності по співробітникам;
  • Підтримувати кандидатів на всіх етапах рекрутинг процесу;
  • Працювати з внутрішньою ATS CleverStaff.
