Що ми очікуємо від тебе:
- Досвід роботи у рекрутингу від 6 місяців або успішно завершені курси релевантні посаді;
- Вміння використовувати ресурси для працевлаштування (Linkedin, Djinni, джоб сайти, телеграм канали та інші);
- Високий рівень комунікативних навичок;
- Бажання розвиватись, проактивність і орієнтація на результат.
Ключові задачі:
- Керувати повним циклом підбору персоналу (скринінг резюме, телефонні інтерв'ю, проведення співбесід, відправка job-offer-a);
- Співпрацювати з hiring manager-ами;
- Підтримувати HR бренд та корпоративну культуру роботодавця;
- Ведення звітності по співробітникам;
- Підтримувати кандидатів на всіх етапах рекрутинг процесу;
- Працювати з внутрішньою ATS CleverStaff.
