Now we are looking for a 
Junior IT Recruiter
 to join our great recruiting team.

Main requirements:

  • Passion for recruitment and the IT industry
  • 1+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter
  • Ability to source and attract candidates using various channels and tools
  • Experience in conducting interviews with candidates
  • Understanding of the market and industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving and team-player skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Main responsibilities:

  • Search for potential consultants based on the defined criteria
  • Ongoing communication with the consultants
  • Conducting interviews with both UA and non-UA candidate
  • Consultants database maintenance
  • Regular reporting
  • Additional marketing-related tasks, including consultants' resumes branding and presentations preparation, etc.
