We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Coordinator to support day-to-day IT operations across our global offices. The role is responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, managing assets, and coordinating with vendors and teams to ensure smooth IT service delivery. This position will play a key role in enabling productivity and ensuring a secure and reliable IT environment for employees What You Will Do: Act as the first point of contact for IT-related queries from employees. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Manage IT helpdesk tickets, track resolutions, and escalate as needed. Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, VPN, and collaboration tools. Monitor basic network connectivity, system performance, and backups. Coordinate with global IT teams for escalations and advanced support. Maintain up-to-date inventory of IT equipment (laptops, desktops, mobile devices, etc.). Oversee issuance and return of IT assets during onboarding/offboarding. Track software licenses and renewals in coordination with vendors. Support enforcement of IT securtiy policies (passwords, access, antivirus, patching). Assist with data backup, recovery, and user access management. Help with documentation and audits related to IT compliance (ISO, SOC2, GDPR). Coordinate with service providers (ISPs, hardware suppliers, software vendors) to resolve issues. Assist in evaluating vendors and raising procurement requests. Partner with HR for employee IT onboarding/offboarding requirements. Create and maintain documentation and audits related to IT compliance (ISO27001, SOC2, GDPR). Work with vendors questionaries within company and customers onboarding process. Support enforcement of IT security policies (passwords, access, antivirus, patching). What You Will Bring: Bachelor's degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in IT support, coordination, or administration. Hands-on knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux systems. Basic understanding of networking, VPN, cloud tools (MS 365/Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack). Awareness of IT security principles and compliance requirements. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
