Summary

PLVision is seeking an experienced Lead Sales Manager with a proven track record in selling technology services and product platforms to North American and Western European markets. If you want to take initiative, proactively shape outcomes, and turn opportunities into wins, this role will give you the space to thrive and grow.

You will lead the expansion of PLVision's business across North American and Western European markets, building on our strong service brand and recognized expertise in Computer Networking.

The ideal candidate understands complex technology solutions, forms trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders, and consistently delivers results through strategic deals. In this role, you will maintain and grow our revenue engine, while engaging closely with Business Development, Marketing, Engagement, CTO, and Architecture Office teams to drive forward our market strategy.

We're looking for someone with strong negotiation skills, fluent English proficiency, and an engineering mindset. Experience in the networking domain will be a strong advantage. Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for North America and Western Europe, aligned with company revenue goals
  • Launch, scale, and optimize sales processes across services and products
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Present PLVision with a strong understanding of its offerings and value proposition
  • Lead high-level negotiations, including C-suite engagements, to successfully close deals
  • Create and continuously improve the sales toolkit (pitch decks, playbooks, proposals, value messaging)
  • Business Development & Pipeline Management
  • Prepare commercial proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and pricing models
  • Manage CRM pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting
  • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion rates
  • Customer & Partner Relationships
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners
  • Represent PLVision at industry events, conferences, and webinars
  • Collaborate internally with Marketing, Product, CTO, and Delivery/Engineering teams to engage clients effectively
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and emerging technologies to align sales strategies

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B IT Sales (Technology Services and/or Product/SaaS)
  • Hands-on experience with North America and Western Europe markets
  • Deep understanding of technology concepts and ability to articulate value
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and close complex deals
  • Advanced English (C1+)
  • Strategic thinking and strong analytical mindset

Would be a plus

  • An engineer's mindset (experience in technology roles or tech education)
  • Knowledge of Computer Networking
