Project Manager/operations manager

Основні задачі:

  • Побудова ефективних процесів між командами продуктового менеджменту.
  • Інтеграція AI-агентів (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude та інші) для оптимізації роботи та зменшення рутини.
  • Виявлення слабких місць у процесах і впровадження покращень.
  • Автоматизація процесів за допомогою сучасних інструментів.
  • Створення аналітики виконання Roadmap та оцінки ефективності команд.

Вимоги:

  • 3+ роки досвіду на позиції Project/Operations Manager
  • Глибоке розуміння побудови та оптимізації процесів між командами.
  • Успішний досвід автоматизації процесів з використанням різних інструментів.
  • Знання та практичний досвід роботи з Scrum, Agile, Kanban.
  • Досвід адміністрування Jira буде великим плюсом.
  • Знання роботи з AI-агентами (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude).
  • Досвід роботи з Notion,
  • Базове розуміння API інтеграцій.
