Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations, budget, and company standards.
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Implement Agile and Kanban methodologies to streamline project processes and enhance team productivity.
• Identify and manage project risks, proactively addressing potential issues to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders and engineering teams, managing expectations and ensuring project goals and progress alignment.
• Monitor project performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead negotiations and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through effective day-to-day communication.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT (specifically in web and mobile projects)
• Proficiency in resource and change management, scope planning, and project management to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience implementing Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies to optimize project execution.
• Upper-Intermediate English level

Stage 1: Meetings with our Team

During that stage, we assess the candidates' skills and match them to a project which meets their expectations.

Meeting with the recruiters

During the interview, we'll ask you about your background, the technologies you used, your motivation, and what direction you want to progress in your career. We will also tell you about our projects, internal initiatives, and opportunities, and give as much time for questions as you need.

Сonversation with our technical interviewer

After the Recruitment meeting, we move directly to the discussion with a tech interviewer. You can expect to hear some technical questions regarding specific technology, algorithmic challenges, and problem-solving tasks. We'd also like to know what you are curious about programming, and what new languages, frameworks, or tools you'd like to learn.

Stage 2: Feedback and Job Offer

At this stage we talk about everything in detail and finalize the recruitment process.

We'll provide you with feedback within 5-7 days — terms depend on the complexity of the selection for the position.

If the feedback is positive, we'll come back to discuss working conditions and the date when you're ready to start. We can also discuss options for projects you can get into.
