Stellenbeschreibung

Als Mitglied unseres HR Partner/Principal Teams unterstützt du remote unser zentrales HRBP Team bei unsere Aktivitäten zur Gewinnung von neuen Partnern/Pricipals für Roland Berger.

Aufgaben

  • Koordination von Interviewterminen für Kandidat:innen auf Führungskräfteebene (Partner/Director/Principals)
    • Abstimmung der Interviewteilnehmenden in enger Zusammenarbeit mit HRBP
    • Einholung und Abgleich möglicher Interviewzeiten mit Partner:innen
    • Organisation und Versand von Termineinladungen über Outlook, inklusive Einrichtung von Online-Videokonferenzen
    • Eingabe und Updates in SmartRecruiters
  • Erstellung und Pflege von HR-Dokumenten
    • Erstellung standardisierter Unterlagen wie Nebentätigkeitsgenehmigungen, Zeugnisse und Anschreiben
    • Aufsetzen und Versand von Serienbriefen (z. B. im Rahmen des Bonus-Prozesses oder für Glückwunschschreiben)
    • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Tools zur Vertragserstellung und Zeugniserstellung, inklusive Anlage und Verwaltung von Fieldcodes für Textbausteine
    • Datenpflege
    • Personalakte pflegen
  • Pflege von Übersichtslisten zur Steuerung externer Recruiting-Aktivitäten
    • Dokumentation und Abgleich unserer Headhunter-Aktivitäten 

Dabei stehst du im engem Austausch mit unserem HR Business Parntern in München, Frankfurt, London und Zürich, sowie in Kontakt mit unseren BewerberInnen, Agencies und unseren Interviewern.

Qualifikationen
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Idealerweise (erste) Erfahrungen im Recruitingsupport und Terminierung von Interviews
  • Idealerweise (erste) Erfahrungen in Mitarbeitenden-Vertragsmanagement
  • Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Freundlicher und professioneller Kommunikationsstil
  • Engagierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office.
