Your mission (if you choose to accept it):

• Manage the full product lifecycle:
  from concept to launch and continuous optimization, with a strong focus on rapid issue detection and resolution at every stage.
• Product testing & issue identification:
  ongoing product testing to detect bugs, fix them quickly, and optimize processes to ensure the best user experience.
• Market research & competitor analysis:
  regular monitoring of the market to identify new opportunities and trends, and to fine-tune the product accordingly.
• Cross-department collaboration:
  work closely with marketing, finance, retention, and other teams to ensure seamless alignment and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Define and track key product KPIs:
  continuously analyze and improve product metrics using data-driven insights to achieve maximum results.
• Develop and implement analytical systems:
  create and introduce tools that enable fast product performance evaluation and data-based decision-making.
• Present strategy and results:
  communicate product strategy, updates, and achievements to leadership and investors.

What we expect from you:

• At least
  3 years of experience
  as a Product Manager in the
  iGaming industry
  .
• Proven experience launching and scaling products in the iGaming market.
• Experience leading teams and building product processes.
• Strong understanding of iGaming project workflows.
• Hands-on experience with product analytics tools.
• Independence, adaptability, decision-making skills, creativity, and strong communication abilities.
• Active involvement in brand development, proposing innovations, and finding creative solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategy:
  build and deliver a long-term roadmap to grow the product.
• Integrate innovative third-party services:
  implement new technologies and solutions to enhance product quality and user engagement.
• Develop gamification tools:
  create gamification mechanics to increase user engagement and retention.
• Optimize the conversion funnel:
  collaborate with payment and marketing teams to improve funnel performance.
• Enhance user experience:
  continually refine the product to ensure a seamless customer journey and strong performance indicators.

Nice to have:

• Experience with
  risk management systems
  in the gambling industry.
• Understanding of
  responsible gaming principles
  and experience integrating them into products.
• Experience with platforms such as
  Smartico
  and
  GR8Tech
  .
