Ми шукаємо проактивного та орієнтованого на результат рекрутера/ку, що  приєднається до нашої R&D Recruitment Team. Для нас ця роль про високу експертність у методах пошуку людей, блискучому веденні переговорів, пошуку нестандартних підходів для закриття нестандартних завдань. 
Наш продукт захищає домівки людей майже у всьому світі. І наша місія — зробити цей світ більш безпечним. Завдання на позиції:
  • Керувати повним циклом найму на різні посади (Embedded, С++, Java, iOS, Android, Hardware, Mechanical, Python, QA тощо), від сорсингу до остаточного обговорення пропозиції
  • Співпрацювати з менеджерами з найму, за потреби допомогти сформувати ваканію, ознайомити з ринком праці, провести попередній ресерч по вакансії
  • Створювати та публікувати оголошення про роботу на різних дошках вакансій, платформах і професійних мережах
  • Аналізувати тенденції найму, умови ринку та розробляти стратегії найму
  • Оцінювати компетенції і soft skills кандидатів.
Вимоги:
  • 2+ роки досвіду на позиції IT Recruiter
  • Глибоке розуміння ролей ІТ, технологій і тенденцій ринку
  • Сильні навички Boolean search та досвід роботи з різними інструментами пошуку та джоб сайтами
  • Уміння якісно оцінити hard та soft skills кандидата, володіння різними техніками проведення інтерв'ю
  • Успішний досвід закриття вакансій Senior рівня і вище
  • Висока самомотивація, небайдужість і пристрасть до своєї роботи
