VIP HR Recruitment Agency is looking for a Recruiter to join our USA team (remote).

From our ideal candidate we expect a passion to develop in the recruitment field and a willingness to work on ambitious projects together.

Core competencies:

  • Knowledge of English at the upper intermediate level
  • Experience of working in US market will be an advantage
  • Ability to use recruitment resources (Linkedin, Djinni, DOU, Telegram channels etc.)
  • Attention to detail and a high level of responsibility

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting in the US market
  • Conducting interviews with candidates and submitting information to the client
  • Maintain CRM and prepare reports about vacancies
  • Taking care of a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process
  • Implementing ideas to improve the recruitment process for effective technical and non-technical recruitment
