HR Manager for MD Finance

We are looking for a skilled HR Manager / HR Generalist for our client — a fintech company developing its own online lending platform. This will be the first HR manager in a company with a team of over 80 specialists.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the onboarding process for all new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the teams.

• Manage the adaptation process to help new team members quickly become productive and feel at home.

• Ensure all employment-related processes (onboarding, contract updates, probation reviews, terminations, etc.) are completed accurately and on time.

• Own HR analytics: track and analyze key HR metrics (trial success, engagement, turnover, etc.) to support data-driven decisions.

• Plan and manage corporate events, celebrations, and company gift initiatives that reflect our culture and values.

• Conduct thorough and respectful exit interviews, collect feedback, and suggest actionable improvements directly to Managers.

• Act as the guardian of team spirit — help maintain a positive, connected, and motivated company culture.

• Onboarding and adaptation processes are consistent, professional, and warmly received. New employees feel welcomed and well-guided.

• Trial periods are well-managed, with positive feedback from managers and successful integration into the team.

• People have everything they need on their first days — from equipment and access to information and introductions.

• Employment-related administrative tasks are completed without delays or errors, ensuring compliance and a smooth employee experience.

• Managers are aware of the people-related issues and are guided by the HR Manager on how to act correctly.

• Corporate events and initiatives are well-organized, appreciated by the team, and help strengthen company culture.

• HR data is tracked regularly, accurately, and turned into actionable insights.

• Exit interviews are conducted in a timely and thoughtful way, with clear feedback collected and shared appropriately.

• Finance and legal teams are always informed and aligned on employment matters, including hiring, terminations, and salary processing.

• Employees feel more connected, motivated, and aligned, with a noticeable boost in engagement and team spirit.

Professional Qualifications:

• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably focusing on people operations, onboarding, or HR coordination.

• Experience organizing events and managing internal communications.

• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and emotional intelligence.

• English at least B2; Ukrainian native speaker.

• Proficiency in working with spreadsheets, Google tools, SD, and communication platforms.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

• Friendly, proactive, and passionate about building great workplace experiences.

• Interest in human psychology (degree in psychology or student of psychotherapy programs) would be a great advantage.

Working conditions:

• 20 working days of vacation, with no limits on sick leave;

• After successfully passing the probation period — $60 per month for health insurance and $60 per month for sports activities;
