Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated HR manager to join our internal team to oversee key aspects of our HR practices and processes (excluding personnel records keeping). Acumen International is a global provider of Global Employment Outsourcing / Global Employer of Record / International PEO services. SUMMARY

To us, an HR manager is the go-to person for all employee-related issues. Main duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Support and develop employer brand
  • Manage recruiting, testing, interviewing and selecting excellent staff
  • Maintain smooth onboarding processes
  • Assess training & development needs to apply and coordinate corporate training programs
  • Manage succession planning programs
  • Participate in development and implementation of performance appraisal systems
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Carry out necessary administrative duties
Skills Required
  • Proven working experience as HR manager in a multinational company
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of the team
  • Ability to participate and facilitate group meetings
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Fluent English is a must as its company's working language
