Responsibilities:

  1. Organisation of financial monitoring and management of financial monitoring risks in the BDF.

  2. Ensuring coordination of work on financial monitoring between the structural units of the BDF.

  3. Ensure control over the BDF's compliance with the applicable legislation in the field of combating legalisation (laundering) of proceeds from crime and internal regulations of the BDF on financial monitoring, including through inspections of the activities of the BDF's units and their employees regarding compliance with the rules of financial monitoring.

  4. Providing explanations to the Management Board and employees of the BDF upon their requests on financial monitoring issues; organising and conducting regular training on financial monitoring for the Management Board and employees of the BDF in order to increase their awareness and competence in financial monitoring issues.

  5. Provide the Management Board with the necessary information and conclusions on financial monitoring activities to facilitate the adoption of necessary strategic decisions.

  6. Prepare and submit reports on the results of financial monitoring to the Supervisory Board of the BDF.

Qualifications:

  1. Master's degree in economics, finance, law or management.

  2. Minimum 3 (three) years of experience in the financial sector in financial monitoring, compliance or risk management.

  3. In-depth knowledge of financial monitoring, including international standards and approaches to financial monitoring.

  4. Fluency in the Ukrainian language.

English language proficiency B2 Upper-Intermediate or higher.

  1. Excellent communication skills.
