As we continue to scale our Reporting team, we're looking for an Financial reporting specialist to take ownership of key processes in management accounting, financial reporting, and ERP system optimization. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth financial operations across multiple jurisdictions.

What you'll be doing
  • driving local reporting for legal entities operating in foreign jurisdictions;

    managing accounting processes in the company's accounting ERP;
  • preparing information and documentation for external stakeholders (banks, management, auditors, etc.);
  • coordinating annual audits and partnering with BIG-4 auditors;
  • configuring and improving the company's accounting ERP to enhance functionality and efficiency.
What you'll need
  • bachelor's or master's degree in Economics, Finance, Audit, or a related field;
  • 2+ years of experience with accounting ERP in commercial projects;
  • hands-on experience with accounting ERPs (Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, BAS ERP, QuickBooks, etc.)
  • strong knowledge of IFRS, with the ability to interpret financial information and reports;
  • understanding of tax compliance requirements in the EU, USA, India, UAE, and beyond;
  • advanced proficiency in MS Excel (complex functions, data analysis);
  • solid understanding of transactions, banking operations, and payment instruments;
  • strong analytical and structured thinking, with problem-solving ability;
  • high attention to detail, systematic approach, and strong ownership mindset.
Nice to have
  • English at Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level;
  • experience in reporting for international or IT companies;
  • financial qualifications in progress (ACCA, CFA, CIMA);
  • hands-on experience working with the company's accounting ERP in the IT sector.
