About Us

The Anti-Corruption Action Centre (AntAC) is a civic society organization committed to promoting transparency, accountability, and justice in Ukraine's institutions. We are currently looking for a Legal Monitoring Specialist (Criminal Justice Agencies) to join our team in Kyiv.

Key Responsibilities:


• Conduct analysis and monitoring of relevant legislation;


• Draft proposals for bylaws and legislative initiatives;


• Prepare analytical reports;


• Provide legal expertise on materials drafted by our analysts;


• Submit public information requests and manage internal data systems;


• Monitor high-public-interest criminal court cases.

Requirements:


• Master's degree in Law or equivalent;


• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience;


• Strong command of legislative drafting techniques;


• Excellent knowledge of anti-corruption law, criminal procedure, and criminal law;


• Proven skill in writing analytical texts;


• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly;


• Strong logical thinking;


• Zero tolerance for corruption;


• Passion for positive societal change;


• Proficiency in Ukrainian is required; English language skills are a plus; experience in the NGO sector or criminal justice sphere will be an advantage.
