Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled, driven and talented business analyst to develop and support various innovative and fast-growing Big Data products.The successful candidate will be responsible for solving complex data-intensive business problems in a dynamic environment for various customers by leveraging specialized tools and techniques for Big Data analysis and modelling.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and continuously enhance Big Data analytics solutionsAnalyze business needs, write clear user stories, and prepare functional and technical requirements for analytics initiativesConduct detailed process analysis, document existing workflows, and propose data-centric improvementsDevelop analytical reports: from gathering business requirements to creating transformation logic and specificationsCreate and maintain data flow diagrams, solution documentation, and integration guides for connected systemsParticipate in technical ownership (TO) handover for data streams: formalize event logic, configure routing, and ensure quality controlWrite requirements for dashboard development with product-related metricsRequirements:3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar data-focused roleStrong focus on business value and outcomes, with the ability to turn data into actionable insightsProficient in writing clear and structured documentation (BRD, technical specifications, acceptance criteria)Solid hands-on experience with SQL and ETL processes; familiarity with Spark and Python is a plusAbility to create analytical solutions end-to-end — from concept to deploymentSkilled in translating business goals into measurable KPIs and dashboards, tailored to different user profilesExperience working with geospatial data and background in analytics is a strong plusAbility to conduct market and industry research to support product and analytics developmentWe offer:A unique experience of working for the largest and most beloved mobile operator in UkraineRemote work with possibility to visit the officeA competitive salaryAnnual bonusPaid sick leave and vacationFlexible working hoursMedical and life insuranceGreat possibilities for professional development and career growthFriendly & collaborative environmentДетальніше про нас:Зазирніть в наш Instagram — там про людей, культуру та життя в Київстар А останні новини про нас шукайте в LinkedIn -> Якщо в тебе залишились питання, ти можеш задати їх нам, рекрутерам Київcтар.
