About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our core product team and strengthen the compliance, onboarding, and transaction monitoring domains. You will collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Engineering teams to translate regulatory, business, and operational needs into scalable system logic and CRM workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit, document, and manage business and system requirements for KYC, KYT, AML, and Fraud Monitoring modules.
  • Analyze and optimize customer onboarding flows, including verification and AML screening (e.g., Sumsub, ComplyAdvantage, Crystal).
  • Define rules and thresholds for compliance automation (incoming/outgoing limit triggers, sanctions, and PEP logic).
  • Define CRM workflows for Compliance, Support (ticketing, case management, audit trails etc).
  • Participate in 3rd-party integration evaluations (KYC, AML providers, etc.).
  • Maintain documentation in Confluence, manage backlog and delivery progress in JIRA, ensure alignment across stakeholders
  • Work closely with Compliance Officers to ensure system behaviour matches internal policies & regulatory requirements (EU & UAE).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in Fintech, Neobank, or Crypto / Fiat payments environment.
  • Proven experience with KYC / AML / KYT systems (Sumsub, Crystal, Chainalysis, ComplyAdvantage, etc.).
  • Understanding of compliance workflows — onboarding, ongoing monitoring, sanctions screening etc.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM / Back-office systems (building logical flows, permissions, customer stages, ticketing).
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks
  • Knowledge of transaction monitoring rules, thresholds, and regulatory best practices (EU / VARA / FATF).
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills (BPMN, UML, user stories, acceptance criteria).
  • Experience working in Agile/startup environments with cross-functional teams
  • Confident user of Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Excel / Sheets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate English
