About the RoleWe're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Junior Business Operations Analyst to help our team move faster, integrate smarter, and grow stronger. You'll dive into data, streamline integrations, and bring structure to complexity — turning numbers into decisions and operations into impact.

- Work with internal teams to solve operational issues and ensure data consistency.
- Improve integrations and help roll out new features;
- Collaborate with engineers in Scrum processes to hit team goals;
- Communicate with partner banks' tech support;
- Implement and optimize operational processes.
- Study or have a background in analytics, programming, or mathematics;
- Communicate clearly and confidently — both in writing and speaking;
- Are proactive and ready to take on challenges;
- Understand software development basics;
- Know your way around SQL;
- Have English at B1+ or higher.
Bonus points if you've worked with Postman or similar tools and have some hands-on experience in business analysis.
