A detail-oriented professional providing dual support in data analytics and board-level operations. This role combines strong analytical skills in Power BI, dashboards, and Excel with high-level administrative and organisational support for the Board of Directors. Key responsibilities include developing reporting tools, preparing quarterly planning materials, and coordinating board member logistics (including meetings and travel).

Responsibilities


1. Data & Analytical Support

· Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI and Excel.

· Extract, interpret, and present data - including preparation and distribution of monthly KPI and performance reports.


2. Executive Support

· Provide logistical and administrative support for board meetings, ensuring seamless execution.

· Prepare quarterly planning materials and board packs.

· Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely distribution of information, follow-up, and documentation.

· Plan and coordinate travel and business trips for board members, including itineraries, bookings, and expenses.

· Ensure smooth execution of logistics before, during, and after board events

· Develop and maintain structured filing systems for board-related documentation.

· Support annual and ad-hoc board events.


Requirements

Qualification

· Degree in Data Analytics/Data Science, or a related field.

· Previous experience in an analyst/executive support role, particularly in environments

requiring data-driven decision making and Board-level support.


Experience

· Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

· Experience in preparing KPI reports, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.

· Experience in a senior administrative or executive support capacity, ideally supporting Board level or senior management.

· Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

· Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).

· Experience in multinational or cross-functional environments is highly desirable.

Skills, Knowledge, and Special Qualities

· High proficiency in Power BI, MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic data visualisation), PowerPoint, and Outlook.

· Ability to analyse data and present insights clearly.

· Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and organisational skills.

· Ability to multitask, prioritise, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.

· Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to anticipate needs.

· Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
