About the Role

We are looking for an Analyst with strong strategic thinking and advanced analytical skills to work at the intersection of strategic analysis and business intelligence. This role involves contributing to strategic initiatives, analyzing data to improve operational efficiency, and supporting executive-level decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to identify patterns, answer business questions, and deliver insights for decision-making.
  • Build new and enhance existing Power BI reports, including developing datasets and dataflows in Fabric when needed.
  • Develop models to evaluate the effectiveness of business initiatives.
  • Recommend improvements to operational processes based on data-driven analysis.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical mindset.
  • Experience building reports in Power BI or Tableau (minimum of three completed projects).
  • Comfortable working with large datasets (1–20 million rows).
