We are developing Nebula – the biggest brand in the spiritual niche:

  • 4.8 - our average AppStore rating (with more than 215 thousand ratings).

We're looking for a Data Analyst to strengthen our team.

  • Join a skilled data team led with 14 Analysts across various domains, Data Engineering and a Data Products Team.
  • Influence decision-making across Support, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams.
  • Develop a strong foundation in reporting, forecasting, automation, and process optimization.
  • Grow your career horizontally (switch to Supply/Support analytics) or vertically toward senior analytics roles within the company.

Your impact:

  • Develop automated dashboards and recurring performance reports.
  • Monitor operations and data quality; define and standardize KPIs.
  • Analyze trends and root causes to generate actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines/integrations; automate data extraction and reporting.
  • Drive planning and optimization (forecasting, capacity, process automation, cost) and clearly document/communicate outcomes.

About you:

  • 1+ years of professional experience in analytics.
  • Strong SQL skills (Window functions, Joins, CTEs).
  • Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
  • ETL process experience, ideally with Zendesk/Intercom or other support tools.
  • Factor and cohort analysis capabilities.
