Зараз ми у пошуках Contract Manufacturing Manager для нашого клієнта — одного з найбільших розробників та виробників БпЛА для оборони України.

Компанія — це технологічний бізнес, що активно зростає та нарощує виробничі об'єми. Зараз команда в пошуку спеціаліста, який зможе вибудувати ефективну співпрацю з наявними та новими підрядниками, керувати зовнішнім виробництвом і впроваджувати системні рішення в постачанні.

Необхідні навички та досвід:
  • 2+ роки досвіду у сфері виробничих закупівель (пластик, пайка, металообробка).
  • Практичний досвід переговорів, тендерів, укладання контрактів.
  • Вміння оцінювати постачальників за критеріями ціна/якість/терміни.
  • Здатність працювати з великою кількістю задач та дотримуватись строків.
  • Досвід оптимізації закупівельних або виробничих процесів — буде плюсом.
Майбутні обов'язки:
  • Пошук і відбір підрядних виробничих компаній (пластик, пайка, металообробка).
  • Ведення переговорів та укладання договорів на виготовлення напівфабрикатів.
  • Планування і координація виробництва: об'єми, графіки, запуск замовлень.
  • Контроль виконання договірних умов: якість, терміни, постачання.
  • Співпраця з відділами якості, логістики, закупівель, бухгалтерії та юристами.
  • Участь у масштабуванні виробництва, підключенні нових підрядників і оптимізації процесів.
