Our client is a leading and fast-growing consumer goods enterprise with a presence in over 70 international markets. A major player in the FMCG sector, the company offers a diverse portfolio spanning home care, personal hygiene, tissue products, and packaged snacks. Combining tradition with innovation, it embraces eco-conscious packaging, biodegradable materials, lean manufacturing, and advanced automation. Its portfolio features well-established brands in categories such as dairy snacks, rice cakes, wafers, and household essentials — many of which are trusted household names in multiple regions.

As part of their global growth strategy, the company is seeking a
Brand Manager
to join their expanding team in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Job Profile for Brand Manager

  • Implement Brand Marketing plans in line with the agreed brand strategy;
  • Build, execute and evaluate brand campaigns for the Ukrainian market;
  • Monitor and analyse the respective categories, competitors, consumer attitudes and habits with a strong focus on reviewing Retail Audit reports;
  • Lead projects with third parties (agencies, production studios, printing houses, etc.);
  • Participate in the creation of a brand-specific media strategy for the local market in close collaboration with the advertising/media agency;
  • Work with different media channels and adapt TV spots;
  • Implement digital strategy for the brands - media planning, influencer marketing;
  • Develop briefs, presentations, and project terms of reference to assign to the external agencies;
  • Be responsible for the market implementations in Ukraine, Moldova, Armenia, Georgia, and make regular visits to the said markets.

Candidate Profile for Brand Manager

  • Must be fluent in Ukrainian and English, both written and spoken;
  • University degree in Economics, Marketing, Brand Management, or a similar discipline related to Marketing;
  • Excellent MS Office skills;
  • At least 2 years of experience in the marketing field;
  • Experience in presenting and argumentation of ideas, strategy, and concepts.
