Обов'язки:

Здійснення договірної роботи за результатами закупівельних процедур Дирекції із закупівель

Розробка шаблонів для договірних документів, які є прямим результатом закупівельної процедури

Ініціювання узгодження договорів, додаткових угод у системі SAP

Оформлення договорів, додаткових угод, автором яких є, для підписання уповноваженими особами сторін

Взаємодія з іншими підрозділами Компанії та Контрагентами щодо контролю своєчасності погодження договорів, реалізації та їх виконання

Організація та контроль погодження всіх умов договірних документів, автором яких є, як усередині Компанії, так і з Контрагентами

Розуміння основ бухгалтерського та податкового обліку та оподаткування підприємств

Знання засад юриспруденції, засад договірної роботи, роботи з імпортними контрактами

Вимоги:

Вища освіта

Досвід роботи з аналогічним функціоналом від 2-х років

Знання основ митного, фінансового, цивільного, податкового, господарського, трудового законодавства України

Розвинені лідерські, організаційні, аналітичні, комунікативні та особистісні якості

Володіння англійською мовою на рівні Intermediate+
