Ця роль - унікальна можливість приєднатися до команди, яка працює над проєктами стратегічного значення для оборони країни. Як Key Account Manager, ви будете відповідальні за побудову та розвиток стратегій співпраці з ключовими замовниками в Україні та світі.

Ідеальний кандидат - той, хто має стратегічне мислення, навички побудови партнерських відносин і пристрасть до розвитку інновацій у динамічному середовищі.

Основні обов'язки:

  • Підтримка та розвиток відносин з існуючими ключовими клієнтами.
  • Супровід замовлень, надання консультацій щодо продуктів та вирішення поточних питань.
  • Виявлення потреб клієнтів для розширення співпраці та продажу додаткових продуктів/послуг.
  • Забезпечення лояльності та позитивного досвіду взаємодії з компанією.

Необхідні навички та досвід:

  • Досвід роботи в акаунт-менеджменті, підтримці клієнтів або суміжній сфері.
  • Відмінні комунікативні та організаційні навички.
  • Вільне володіння англійською мовою (Upper-Intermediate, вище краще).
  • Зацікавленість у сфері військових технологій.
  • Перевагою буде військовий досвід та розуміння потреб кінцевих користувачів.
